Investment & Payment:
- Payment Structure: According to agreed milestones in our partnership contract
- Payment Methods: Wise international transfers (preferred for international clients), local bank transfer (Indonesian clients), or other secure methods we discuss
- Timeline: Payment due within 5 business days of invoice

When providing virtual assistant services, I may need access to your business systems like email accounts, social media platforms, or project management tools. I ensure:
- Professional handling of all credentials and access
- Immediate access revocation upon project completion
- Strict confidentiality for all accessed information
- Secure communication protocols for sensitive data
Intellectual Property & Ownership:
- Your Ownership: All deliverables, content, and materials created specifically for your business belong to you upon final payment completion
- Professional Development: I retain rights to general methodologies, skills, and non-confidential techniques for use with other clients
Project Management:
- Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in most project deliverables
- Additional Work: Beyond included revisions billed at agreed hourly rates with advance estimate
- Scope Changes: New requirements handled through written change requests with clear cost estimates
Service Protection:
To maintain sustainable service delivery and competitive pricing, project payments are non-refundable once work commences, as payment secures dedicated professional time. However, I remain fully committed to delivering quality work that meets your specifications and working collaboratively to address any concerns.

- Never Shared with AI: Your personal information, contact details, financial data, or confidential business specifics
- Anonymous Processing Only: If AI assists with general business concepts, all identifying information is completely removed
- Professional Judgment: AI enhances efficiency, but all client-specific strategies come from my professional expertise
Professional Platforms:
I use secure platforms including Squarespace, Google Analytics (anonymized), communication tools, and project management platforms as discussed during our consultation.
Confidentiality Standards:
- Business strategies, financial data, customer information, and operational details remain strictly confidential
- No disclosure to unauthorized parties
- Secure storage and handling of all business information

- Formal Resolution: Legal proceedings only as final resort
Legal Framework:
Indonesian law governs our professional relationship, with recognition of applicable international business protection standards for international clients. These terms accommodate VVirtu growth, including potential team expansion and service development.
Service Liability:
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim, with focus on resolution rather than financial remedies. This allows me to provide professional services at competitive rates while maintaining appropriate risk management.
